The Metropolitan Club in New York City has a glamorous and romantic ambiance that just puts you in the mood for love. John and Amanda’s ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were just perfect. The ceremony started off in a grand room that had views of Central Park. The couple then shared a few moments alone to enjoy being husband and wife before joining their guests in the main foyer where the cocktail hour was in full swing with stations of amazing gourmet food (the bride is a connoisseur of amazing food as she works for the International Culinary Center). Then everyone moved to the next level of the building where the absolutely AMAZING band was serenading people to come and dance in between the multi-course dining experience. The toasts and speeches were meaningful, the first dances sweet and the dancing went until late into the night….with the parting gift of the infamous and original Cronut. This was a NYC wedding that makes the famous city glamorous and hold to its name. We adore John and Amanda and here is Part Two to their amazing wedding day. We spent some time with them the next day for couple’s portraits exploring the area they live and frequent the most, so come back for more.
